We know what you're dealing with

Maybe you're stuck in a local job where the pay is capped, the wrong people get promoted, and your hard work doesn't lead anywhere.

Maybe you've been overlooked — watched less qualified people move up while you did the actual work. Maybe you've been in jobs where no one asked what you thought, where your ideas didn't matter, where you were just expected to do what you were told.

Maybe you've tried remote work before and got burned — promises of "training" that turned out to be a PDF and silence. "Flexibility" that meant being available 24/7. Being treated like you're disposable. Or worse — working night shifts because the company hired you cheap and expected you to wreck your sleep to match their timezone.

Or maybe you're just exhausted from trying to balance work with the rest of your life — feeling like you're failing at both because neither one gives you room to breathe.

We get it. That's exactly why we built this differently.

We're not going to promise you the world. What we can promise is this: you won't be thrown in alone. You won't be treated like you're replaceable. Your voice will matter. And your effort will actually lead somewhere.

You're not asking for too much.

You're asking for what work should have been all along.

If you've been waiting for something better to exist — keep reading.

Here's what's actually different about working with us:

What's actually different here

Not marketing speak. This is how we actually work.

You're never figuring it out by yourself

Your first week, you'll have daily check-ins. When something's confusing, you message the team and get answers — usually within hours, not days. When you're stuck, someone walks you through it.

You're part of a team, not working in isolation. People know your name. Your input matters. When you have an idea or a concern, someone actually listens.

When something isn't working, we don't blame you — we figure it out together. What went wrong? What do you need? How do we fix it?

That's what actual support looks like.

Average response time: < 4 hours

Your growth isn't just talk

Every week, you have a conversation focused on YOU — not just tasks to complete, but skills you're building, challenges you're facing, where you want to go.

Six months from now

You've been here for six months.

You've got skills you didn't have before. The thing that used to make your stomach drop — handling a difficult customer, writing copy that actually converts, managing a campaign on your own — now you do it without thinking.

You remember when that felt impossible. Now it's just... Tuesday.

Your pay has grown — because you've grown. Not because you waited long enough, but because you actually developed.

You work from home. You manage your own time. When your family needs you, you're there — no guilt, no asking permission. When there's a school thing, an appointment, or just a day when life needs to come first, you handle it. Your work fits around your life, not the other way around.

You're part of a small team that actually feels like a team. People check in on you — and mean it. When something's hard, someone helps. When you have an idea, someone listens. You're not just completing tasks. You belong somewhere.

You're not stuck anymore. You're not waiting for something better. You're building it.

That's what we're offering. Not a perfect job — but a real one. A place where your effort matters and your growth is the point.

The question is: do you want to keep waiting, or do you want to start?

Calvin - Clout Operations Founder

Hi, I'm Calvin

I started my career in tech — 5 years building software systems for startups and enterprises. Then I moved into online marketing and discovered something I love even more: helping people grow.

For the last 5 years, I've been building and supporting remote teams. I've learned that the best results come from investing in people — not just giving them tasks, but actually helping them develop.

I've worked with teams across three continents. I've seen what happens when people are treated like resources — they burn out, they leave, they stop caring. And I've seen what happens when they're actually invested in — they grow, they stay, they do their best work.

I'm building the kind of company I wish existed when I was starting out.

That's why Clout Operations exists. A place where people feel supported, where growth is real, and where you're treated like a person — not just a resource.

I'm based in Belgium, but our team spans the globe. I believe good work can happen from anywhere, with the right support.

What You'd Be Part Of

We help digital creators and online businesses grow — and you'd be the one making it happen.

The people you'd be helping:

CreatorsE-commerce BrandsCoachesConsultantsGrowing StartupsAgencies
CreatorsE-commerce BrandsCoachesConsultantsGrowing StartupsAgencies
CreatorsE-commerce BrandsCoachesConsultantsGrowing StartupsAgencies
CreatorsE-commerce BrandsCoachesConsultantsGrowing StartupsAgencies

These are real businesses built by real people. Some have hundreds of thousands of followers. Some are just starting out. What they have in common: they've built something themselves, and they need help managing it as it grows.

What we provide:

Client supportreal conversations that make people feel valued
Community managementbuilding audiences that actually engage
Marketing coordinationcontent that works, campaigns that land
Operations supportsystems that keep everything running

When you help a creator grow from 10,000 to 100,000 followers, you were part of that.

When a customer stays because someone made them feel like they mattered — that someone was you.

Most remote work feels meaningless. Here, you see the results.

Who Does Well Here

You don't need to be perfect. Here's what matters most.

The Essentials

  • You communicate well in English (written is most important)
  • You have reliable internet and a quiet place to work
  • You're honest — about what you know and what you're still learning
  • You're open to feedback and want to grow
  • You genuinely care about doing good work
  • You can stick with something and see it through

For Client Support Specialist

  • Available at different times during the day (not just 9-5)
  • Patient and actually enjoy helping people
  • Comfortable starting with European hours for b-training

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Previous remote work experience
  • Experience in customer service or marketing
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack or Notion

We Especially Value

  • People who communicate thoughtfully and clearly
  • People who notice details others miss
  • People who care about doing things right, not just fast
  • People who build good relationships naturally
  • People who stay calm when things get stressful

We don't expect you to have everything figured out. What matters is that you're willing to learn, you're honest about where you are, and you genuinely want to do this well.

How to Apply

A thorough process — because we invest in everyone who joins.

1

ApplicationEntity

~20 minutes

Tell us about yourself — what you want, how you work, what matters to you. This isn't a résumé drop. We actually read these.

What we're looking for:

  • Clear communication
  • Self-awareness
  • Genuine interest
2

Assessment

Complete within 72 hours

Two parts: an integrity check and a job-fit assessment. We're not testing if you're smart — we're seeing if this role matches how you naturally work.

Most people complete both parts in about an hour total. Take your time — no one's watching the clock.

What we're looking for:

  • Honesty over perfection
  • How you think through situations
  • Whether this work fits you (not just if you can do it)
3

Role Simulation + Video Exchange

2-3 hours total★ Key Moment

This is where you experience the actual work — before either of us commits. First, you'll work through realistic scenarios in a chat simulation. No scripts, no trick questions — just see if the work feels right. Then we exchange videos. I'll share more about what we're building and what I'm looking for. You'll share what you're looking for and what matters to you. By the end, we both know if this is a fit.

Role Simulation

Experience the work

Calvin's Video

What we're building

Your Video

What you want

What we're looking for:

  • Natural instincts (not rehearsed answers)
  • How you handle different situations
  • Authenticity — who you actually are
4

Interview

45-60 minutes

A real conversation — not an interrogation. You'll ask your questions first. We'll talk through what we've both learned so far. And I'll share details about the role that aren't on the website. By this point, we've both done the work. This is just making sure we're aligned.

What we're looking for:

  • Questions that show you're thinking ahead
  • Alignment on what matters
  • Mutual fit (you're interviewing us too)

Why This Process

Most companies interview first and hope for the best.

We do it backwards. By the time we talk, you've already experienced the work. You know if it fits. We know if you have the instincts.

The interview isn't a test — it's a conversation between two people who already have real information.

That's why our hires work out. No surprises on either side.

Real Stories, Real Growth

Not testimonials — full journeys. See what's possible when someone actually invests in your development.

Questions You Might Have

Before You Apply

No. Some of our best people had no experience when they started. Here's what actually matters: • You communicate clearly in writing • You genuinely enjoy helping people • You can learn and adapt We don't hire based on your resume. We hire based on whether you have the instincts for this work — and instincts can't be faked on a CV. We provide real training. Not a PDF and "figure it out." If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach.
A laptop or computer that works. Stable internet. A quiet place where you can focus. That's it. You don't need a fancy setup or expensive equipment. If you can video call without lag and type comfortably, you're fine. We provide access to any software or tools you need. You bring the basics, we handle the rest.
We hire globally. Current team members are in the Philippines, Kenya, South Africa, Jamaica, Colombia, and growing. What matters: reliable internet, clear English communication, and the ability to work the hours. That's it. Your passport doesn't determine your potential.

The Work

Flexible, but not "whenever you feel like it." The work happens in blocks throughout the day. Not a rigid 9-5, but not midnight emergencies either. You'll have time for your life between work blocks. For training: You'll start with European hours (roughly 9am-6pm CET). After training: We shift to hours that fit your timezone. No night shifts. We don't wreck sleep schedules. That's not sustainable for you or us.
Yes, this is a full-time role. But you don't need to quit anything to apply. The process takes 1-2 weeks. By the end, you'll have: • Done a simulation of the actual work • Talked with me directly • Asked all your questions • Seen enough to know if this is real You'll know if this is right before you need to make any decisions about your current job. Several people on the team came from other jobs. They didn't quit until they were sure. Apply first. Decide later.
You'll have a dedicated team lead who checks in with you weekly. You're not floating alone. The team is small but growing — people across multiple countries, different backgrounds, all figuring this out together. There's a Slack channel for questions. People who've been through what you're going through. Someone who actually knows your name. Remote doesn't mean isolated.
Transparently. You'll have a dedicated work profile on your computer. During work hours, activity is tracked — time, tasks, the work itself. This isn't surveillance for surveillance's sake. It's how we: • Know you're getting paid accurately for hours worked • Keep client work accountable • Make sure the system is fair for everyone If you do the work, tracking just confirms it. Everyone on the team works this way. No exceptions, no hidden monitoring — just clear expectations. Details on the setup are covered during onboarding.
Let us know in advance — at least a week, ideally two for longer periods. Clients expect continuity, so we need to arrange coverage. As long as we can plan for it, it's usually fine. Emergencies happen. Let us know as soon as you can — we'll handle it. During your first month (training): Time off is strongly discouraged unless it's a real emergency. You're building foundations — gaps make it harder. After that: Communicate, and we figure it out together. This is a job, not a trap. But it is a job — clients are counting on us.

Pay & Growth

Pay depends on your location, experience, and role. We pay fairly for your region — and your pay grows as you grow. We'll discuss specific numbers during the interview once we know more about each other. What we can say: people aren't here because they have no other options. They're here because this works for their life.
Direct payments via Wise or PayPal — whichever works better for your country. Payments are reliable and on time. Every time. We're a legitimate company (Strawberry Solutions BV, registered in Belgium). This isn't a "pay you in exposure" situation.
Yes — and it's structured, not vague. The path: Learn the role → Become a specialist → Take on more responsibility → Eventually guide others Growth isn't based on time served. It's based on what you can actually do. Some people move fast. Some take longer. Both are fine. As we grow, new roles open up. People who've been here and proved themselves get first look.
The full process takes 1-2 weeks from application to offer. If you're selected, training starts within a week of accepting. You'd be doing real work — with support — within your first month. We move at a reasonable pace. Thorough, but not slow.

Trust & Fit

Yes — three months. But it's not a test you pass or fail. It's time for both of us to figure out if this is right. You're learning the role. We're learning how to support you. If something's not working, we talk about it and work on it together. By the end of three months, we both know. Either it's working and you stay, or it's not and we part ways honestly. This isn't a trap door. It's a real evaluation — for both sides.
Yes. One month of paid training to start. You're not thrown in alone. After that: • Weekly check-ins with your lead • Clear feedback on what's working and what isn't • Help when you're stuck — not judgment We invest heavily in people who join. It's not charity — trained people do better work. That's why we take onboarding seriously. This isn't a PDF and "good luck."
A lot of people have. "Remote opportunity" often means "we'll ghost you after three weeks." Here's what's different: • Real company (Strawberry Solutions BV, registered in Belgium) • Real person (Calvin — you can look me up on LinkedIn) • Real team (not a faceless operation) • Real training (not "figure it out yourself") • Real check-ins (not "we'll reach out if there's a problem") We can't undo your past experiences. We can show you this is different.
Then we figure out why and work on it. The people who struggle aren't the ones who make mistakes — everyone makes mistakes. The ones who struggle are the ones who hide problems instead of raising them. If you're honest about where you're stuck, we can help. If you pretend everything's fine when it isn't, we can't. Most people who worry about being "not good enough" do fine. The worry itself usually means you care about doing it well.

The Big Question

Three things. 1. We invest before we expect results. One month of paid training. Weekly development conversations. Actual support when you're stuck. Most places want output immediately. We know that doesn't work. You can't build something good by squeezing people from day one. 2. The work matters. You're not answering tickets that disappear into a void. You're building relationships with real people. When someone stays because of how you made them feel — that's visible. That's yours. Most remote work feels meaningless. Here, you see the results. 3. Your growth is structured. Not "maybe someday if a position opens up." Clear progression based on what you can do. Pay that grows as you grow. A path forward that's actually written down. We're not perfect. But we're genuinely trying to build something where good people want to stay.

Still Unsure?

Good.

The people who worry about doing this well are the ones who actually do it well.
