Hi, I'm Calvin
I started my career in tech — 5 years building software systems for startups and enterprises. Then I moved into online marketing and discovered something I love even more: helping people grow.
For the last 5 years, I've been building and supporting remote teams. I've learned that the best results come from investing in people — not just giving them tasks, but actually helping them develop.
I've worked with teams across three continents. I've seen what happens when people are treated like resources — they burn out, they leave, they stop caring. And I've seen what happens when they're actually invested in — they grow, they stay, they do their best work.
I'm building the kind of company I wish existed when I was starting out.

Role Simulation + Video Exchange
2-3 hours total★ Key MomentThis is where you experience the actual work — before either of us commits. First, you'll work through realistic scenarios in a chat simulation. No scripts, no trick questions — just see if the work feels right. Then we exchange videos. I'll share more about what we're building and what I'm looking for. You'll share what you're looking for and what matters to you. By the end, we both know if this is a fit.
